Omicron hospitality and leisure grant for businesses affected by coronavirus restrictions
To apply for the Omicron hospitality and leisure grant you must:
- run a hospitality, leisure or accommodation business based in Leeds which offers in-person services at a premise subject to business rates
- be registered to pay business rates (non-domestic rates) at the premises
- be registered as the current ratepayer on 30th December 2021

Multiple premises
If you run your business from more than one property, you will need to apply separately for each premise’s Omicron hospitality and leisure grant.
How much is the grant?
- The grant is dependent on the rateable value of the property
- Rateable value £15000 and under – £2667
- Rateable value over £15000 but under £51000 – £4000
- Rateable value £51000 or over – £6000
What you will need for Omicron hospitality and leisure gran
To complete this form you will need:
- your account reference number for business rates (non-domestic rates), for example, 90123456X
- the name registered to your business rates (non-domestic rates) account
- either your company registration number, VAT registration number or national insurance number
- your business bank account details
- a scan or photo of your most recent bank statement
- a scan or photo of your passport or driving license
Each scan or photo you upload must be less than 10MB.

Make sure you have everything ready before you start. If you exit the form or leave it inactive for 25 mins, you will lose any answers you have given and have to start again

How to claim
If your business is based in Leeds and comes to Leeds city council then please click on the link below to start your claim and claim your grant based on your eligibility.
You must visit your local council website in order to apply for the Omicron hospitality and leisure grant.
